Please note that servicing your hand piece is not covered under warranty as this is classed as wear and tear.

A drill hand piece may need servicing from 6 months 1 year, depending on how much it is used. If it is used on a daily basis then it will require servicing earlier. The more the drill is used the quicker the parts inside the drill will wear down.

Processing Time - Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your order, during busy times this may be longer.

Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Next Working Day & Saturday delivery cut off time is 9am, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders placed after 9am will be processed on the next working day.
