Processing Time - Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your order, during busy times this may be longer.

Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Next Working Day & Saturday delivery cut off time is 9am, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders placed after 9am will be processed on the next working day.

Free delivery* orders could take between 2-5 working days for goods arrive. Please note free delivery does not apply to orders containing furniture that have to be sent via a pallet company.

Standard delivery usually take 2-5 working days to arrive. Sometimes there may be delays and it could take up to 15 working days to arrive.

Please note that we do not deliver orders to PO Box addresses or Parcel Motels.

No orders are processed, despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Orders leave our premises on a Royal Mail service or may at times be sent via DHL/DPD/Hermes depending on the order value.

Some of our products are fragile and our expert team of warehouse staff are trained in the best packing methods to protect your order. All consignments will be delivered to your specified 'delivery' address between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Next working day deliveries will be delivered Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays.

Any Item not received must be reported to us by email 15 days after the order is placed 21 days for international customers. At this point we will contact the courier to investigate.

To ensure we offer a safe and efficient service you will be required to be able to accept the goods when the courier attempts to deliver, please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your order. If for any reason a delivery is not possible between the above hours, your order will be taken to the local depot of Royal Mail/Parcelforce and a card will be left for you to collect at the local depot.

If you know this second attempt will not be convenient, the card will have details of your local Royal Mail/Parcelforce depot address and offer you the option to collect your order that same day. Depots are open until 7.00pm (Depending On location) on any weekday. The goods will be held for a maximum of 5 days awaiting collection.

If you are unable to collect your order that day, we recommend that you call the telephone number of the local depot detailed on the card and you can arrange an alternative second delivery attempt. Failure to notify Royal Mail/DPD/DHLwithin 5 days of the first delivery attempt your order be returned to The Nail & Beauty Link.

Please note that during busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details of 'last date to for delivery' dates and allow extra time to receive your goods.

Please note if any courier could not deliver your goods due to not being able to get an answer or a signature at your property then they will return this back to us, should we get a return then a refund will be issued excluding delivery cost.

Free standard delivery will apply on all online orders over £50 ex VAT, telephone or email orders are excluded from this offer.

Free delivery does not apply to orders outside mainland UK.

Nail furniture and pedicure spa chairs are sent via a pallet and we will contact you to confirm your delivery address and arrange delivery.

Saturday delivery is only available to mainland UK Only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that for international customers, you are responsible for checking with your country's website regarding imports from outside of your country.

International orders to SPAIN & GREECE can only be shipped to a business address, orders being shipped to a residential address will be held at customs and returned back to us.

We are not liable for the shipment if it gets returned/refused and you would need to wait for the shipment to return back to us before we can process a refund.

Please note that we will refund you for your order minus the shipping fees.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to the USA.

Please note that we are unable to send highly flammable liquids via Deutsche Global Mail, if your order contains these products a refund will be issued to you for it.

International orders from the UK to the EU require an EORI number, please input your EORI number along with your shipping address or email it to us.

Without an EORI number this can cause delays to your order as customs require it.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

As of 01/01/21 the UK is no longer a part of the EU.

Any orders purchased from us that is being shipped internationally will be liable for customs & duties once it arrives in your country.

The courier company will contact you regarding customs & duties that needs to be paid.

Please note that customs & duties include the tax for your order and the handling fee by the courier.

Refusal to pay customs & duties will result in the order being returned back to us however we cannot refund you for the delivery charges. There will also be a restock fee.

 

RETURNS

Business to Business trade Returns Policy

Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, Products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they arrive back to us in perfect, re-saleable condition. Also, products which are damaged in transit may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

When you return a Product to us:

(a) because you have ordered it in error, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within a reasonable time of the day you have sent us back the Products in perfect condition. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

(b) for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective or damaged), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the products back to us by 1st class post, but if you choose to send them recorded delivery the extra costs of that will be borne by you.

Without proof of defective, refunds and exchanges cannot be issued.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

You will be held responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.

Refunds on Used Items and Unused Items

We will accept non-faulty returns, as long as items are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging.

However if the item has been used and passed the 14 days returns window, it is at our discretion if we will accept the product back for a refund.

If we decide to accept the product back for a return, please note that we will only credit back up to 80% of the value of the product for an exchange or a refund.\

Order Refund / Replacement & Shipping Fees Refunds 

Order replacement / refund due to loss - If you order has been considered lost, the courier company will need to investigate it, this can take up to 14 working days. Refunds or replacement orders will only be issued once the courier company has investigated this fully.

Once this has been investigated, a refund or a replacement will be issued.

Order refund to due to loss - please allow 14 working days for us to process a refund for orders that have been lost. Once a refund has been processed please allow 4-5 working days for this to return back to you.

Please allow 2-3 working days for replacement orders to be processed.

As UK is no longer part of the European Union from 1st January 2021. Tax and duties will be charged and calculated by courier. (Usually Fedex or DHL). If for any reason your order has been return to sender, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed as this will cover the courier shipping and handling fee's.
